Gallery asset management for Mimic and big-screen editors via /api/gallery/.

Overview

• Source：ScadaV6WebPluginExt/PlgGallery
• Target：net8.0

Deployment

1. Build the plugin project in Visual Studio / Rider (Release).
2. Copy artifacts to ScadaWeb using BuildScripts 3build_webV6 (copy-only, no dotnet build in script).
3. Restart the web station and verify menu, pages, and APIs.

Troubleshooting

• Menu missing: check plugin registration and language files.
• API errors: check routes, permissions, and dependencies.
